The Fédération des cliniques de physiothérapie du Québec is:

a gathering hub for more than 300 clinics across Québec, giving it strong representativeness and making it a recognized interlocutor with private and public payers as well as government bodies.
a voice that brings together your voice and that of your colleagues to help bring physiotherapy into the spotlight with the general public.
a vehicle for representation by your peers, who understand local realities. Membership gives you a seat at the table to help shape our action plan and Fédération’s priorities and advocacy with third-party payers.

For 35 years, the Fédération has often been a key source of reference, information, and support for clinics: COVID-19-related measures, training and support to comply with Law 25 and 27, questions and advocacy related to the CNESST regulation review, and issues involving insurers or the SAAQ.

Membership categories

To properly reflect the different realities of clinic practice, the Fédération has several membership categories:

Corporate member (“clinic”): This type of membership is intended for companies or legal entities that primarily offer physiotherapy services and do business in Québec. All individuals working within the corporate member can benefit from the advantages of this type of membership. At annual general meetings, the corporate member is represented by natural persons who are active members in good standing of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ), referred to as delegates.
Associate member: This type of membership is designed for natural persons who are active members in good standing of the OPPQ.
Student member: This membership is a first step for the next generation in the world of physiotherapy entrepreneurship. Whether you are studying physiotherapy at CEGEP or university, in your first year or your final year, this free membership helps you begin developing an entrepreneurial mindset and a network that will benefit you throughout your career.
